Abstract

INVITRO EVALUATION OF METHOTREXATE AND ITS DERIVATIVE (2,4-DIAMINOPTERIDIN-6-YL) FOR THE TREATMENT OF INTRAOCULAR (EYE) MELANOMA

ABSTRACT

This research paper presents a study on the effects of 2,4-Diaminopteridin-6-Yl on cell viability and functionality. 2,4-Diaminopteridin-6-Yl is a chemical compound with potential pharmacological applications. In this study, we conducted a series of assays to investigate the impact of 2,4-Diaminopteridin-6-Yl on cell behavior. The assays included MTT Assay, Tubulogenesis Assay, Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay, and Western Blot Analysis. The results of these assays provide insights into the influence of 2,4-Diaminopteridin-6-Yl on cell viability and its potential implications in the context of therapeutic applications.
