ABSTRACT
After a series of experimental attempts, it is possible to accomplish separation under optimal circumstances. A stationary phase column, such as the Hypersil BDS C18 (100 mm x 2.1 mm, 1.7 m), was the best choice since it generated symmetrical peaks with great resolution and sensitivity. The flow rate was kept constant at 0.5 mL min- 1, indicating acceptable resolution. The PDA detector response of Camel Milk Dry powder was investigated, and the optimal wavelength with the maximum sensitivity was discovered to be 230 nm. At 0.5mL/min, a combination of two solutions, Chloroform and Methanol in the ratio of 30:70 percent v/v," was found to be an acceptable mobile phase for separation of Camel Milk Dry powder. The temperature in the column was kept at room temperature.
